How our fall detection feature works
Our PG Smart App and PG Pebble have a feature that picks up whether the user has a fall. This then triggers an alarm after twenty seconds, giving the lone worker the opportunity to cancel if
it was a false alarm.
Enable and disable in the app
This feature comes as standard with our lone worker solution. If a user doesn’t need their fall detection, they can easily switch this off in their app.
Change sensitivity levels
If one of your lone workers is prone to dropping their phone, or they’re finding themselves having to cancel an SOS activated by a detected fall, you can easily adjust the sensitivy levels in the
PG Cloud portal.
